People’s Emergency Briefing – Film Screening & Public Discussion

Join us for the inaugural Irish screening of the People’s Emergency Briefing – an eye-opening 50-minute documentary on the serious threats to society from climate change and nature loss, but also the enormous benefits of bold action.
You’ll hear from leading scientists and experts, with contributions from a range of public personalities, and the voices of ordinary citizens from all walks of life.

Well-known Cork documentary filmmaker and social commentator Kev Collins will be introducing the film and opening the public discussion following the screening, which will be facilitated by members of the Tracton Biodiversity Group, who are hosts of the event.
The audience is invited to engage with the evidence, reflect on its implications, and explore how communities can respond to the crisis.
Everyone is welcome! Tickets are free, but seats are limited, so please book a spot early to avoid disappointment.
The Inkwell Theatre bar will be open and light refreshments will be served.
