IN-PERSON FILM SCREENING and PANEL DISCUSSION: “The Forest Midwife”

Green Foundation Ireland invite you to join us for an evening film screening of “The Forest Midwife”, which will be followed by a panel discussion featuring Catherine Cleary and the film’s director Beta Bajgart.
This short cinematic documentary traces the journey of writer and social entrepreneur Catherine Cleary who bought a barren farm in Corry, County Roscommon. The film follows Catherine’s mission to create native woodland despite her family’s scepticism and resistance from local farmers. In doing so she discovers her life’s purpose.
