Coastal walk with Mark Robins

This event is delivered as part of Biofest – a two day festival of biodiversity in West Cork. Walk part of the Glen Loop on minor roads and the coastal pathway, climbing above the South Harbour and along the spectacular cliffs on the south of the island. Moderate to difficult walking, wear good shoes/boots and always have rain gear.
Enjoy and hear about the coastal heathlands of Cape, look out for West Corks’ special bird – the Chough – that breeds in these coastal locations, and keep your eyes open for passing seabirds or even a minke whale.
