The Bats of the Boyne!

Join Bat Conservation Ireland and Meath CoCo Biodiversity Office for Biodiversity Week and explore the beautiful trail along the Boyne River at Trim, Co. Meath. Meet at the car park of Trim Pitch and Putt Club at 9.00pm. There is free parking available in the Council car park on Jonathan Swift Street beside Aldi.
Once the sun sets, the fun begins! We will take a walk along the Boyne with special bat detecting equipment and find out what bat species call the Boyne Valley home.
Free event.
Suitable for ages 7+
Children must be accompanied and supervised by a parent/guardian at all times. Please wear sturdy footwear and warm clothing and bring a torch.
Booking essential as places are limited – due to high demand we recommend booking well in advance.
