Join us for an illustrated talk on stargazing, human health and wildlife. The presentation will have a focus on the effect of light on biodiversity and our dark sky heritage. The audience will get an understanding of how light pollution affects us all – our health and wellbeing and our biodiversity, wild life, plants and trees.
Participants will also get a taste of the hidden star trails and nebulas – typically unseen with the naked eye. Slides will include photos of nebulas, star trails and galaxies by local Astrophotographer, Darren Flynn.
