Westmeath\nEircode: N91 R6C9 \nJoin Hedgerows Ireland for a guided biodiversity hedgerow walk at the Hill of Uisneach\, exploring the ecological importance of Ireland’s native hedgerows and their role in supporting wildlife\, pollinators and landscape connectivity. \nTopics will include:\n• biodiversity value of hedgerows\n• heritage hedgerow features\n• species identification\n• hedgerows as wildlife corridors \nThis event is funded by the Irish Environmental Network (IEN) and supported by Westmeath Biodiversity Office. \nLight refreshments will be provided. \nChildren are welcome (must be accompanied by an adult).\nPlease wear suitable footwear and bring rain gear. \nRSVP: biodiversity@westmeathcoco.ie \nAll welcome 🌱
