Join Shane Kerr from BirdWatch Ireland for a guided walk and talk about the many bird species that feed and find refuge in the wetland. Binoculars and equipment will be available. Meet at the grassed viewing area of Booterstown Marsh 60 metres south of the Merrion road and Trimlestown avenue junction.

DESCRIPTION:Join the IPCC to explore Lodge Bog and all the species that call it home. Lodge bog is a raised bog that has been restored and conserved for biodiversity. Meet at the Bog of Allen Nature Centre at 6pm and enjoy a guided walk with IPCC staff who will share information about the bog\, its importance\, plant and animal species on the bog and its restoration. Please wear clothes appropriate for the outdoors. No booking required.
