“Dark Skies of Offaly: Valuing and Protecting our Night Skies”, with Georgia MacMillan, development officer for Dark Sky Park Mayo and DarkSky advocate and Dr Peter Gallagher, Professor of Astronomy and Astrophysics and Chairperson of Birr Scientific and Heritage Foundation.
The event will take place in Birr Castle Visitor Centre on Friday May 17th from 7.30 to 9.30 – refreshments served from 7.30 pm.
This is a free event but registration is essential.
