SUMMARY:Moving Nature
DESCRIPTION:An immersion in free-form\, meditative outdoor movement practice within the 28 acre nature reserve at An Sanctoir; \na peaceful haven of meadow\, rock\, woodland\, bog and rivers. \nThe intention of this event is to offer you an embodied experience of connection with the natural world. To “listen to the land speak” (Machan Magan)and notice the life that surrounds us\, so that we can forge a heartfelt and bodily connection with the natural world\, and experience with fresh eyes the life that surrounds us every day. \nConnect intimately with the natural world through your moving body\, senses and awareness of the present moment: Walk barefoot or sit on the grass\, rest on a rock\, stretch\, roll\, move however you want to move. \nRe-member your belonging within the biosphere\, and with the other-than-human beings with whom we share this miraculous world \nPlease wear warm outdoor clothing that you can move easily in\, and sturdy footwear. We will be walking and moving on different types of ground and you will need to be mobile enough to walk to different parts of the site. \nFacilitated by Claire Osborne: eco-activist\, Amerta movement guide\, art therapist and yoga therapist. www.yogaandmovement.com \nVenue: An Sanctoir. A holistic centre in West Cork with a 28 acre nature reserve that is open year round to the community to walk and spend time on. \nTo register contact Claire Osborne 0862134080

SUMMARY:Cloughjordan Cine Club: Listen to the Land Speak by Manchán Magan
