Biodiversity and Photography - A free Biodiversity Week webinar @ Online
This webinar will look at how photography can help our local biodiversity and conservation efforts.

The workshop aims to highlight not only the beauty around us, but also the scientific value of using photography as the means to collate, collect and visualise this diversity.

For the hour of the workshop we will look at some of the exciting ways that photography is being used to help protect our world’s biodiversity, such as raising biodiversity awareness and helping citizen science projects here in Ireland. Photography tips will be shared that can be applied to both your phone camera and DSLR. As with all Global Action Plan Webinars, there will be time for questions at the end.

Our facilitator, Joanna O’Malley, is a professional photographer, with a Bachelors Degree in Zoology from UCD. She is currently undertaking a Masters in Communicating Climate Change in DCU.

We’re looking forward to seeing you there!
