On Saturday 21st at 2pm our event will be Bog Bathing: Engage the Senses. Feel the expanse, hear the silence, see the beauty. A slow, immersive walk connecting heart, head and heels with Atlantic blanket bog. This 2km guided walk is a gentle introduction to bog bathing and the potential benefits of this unique, restorative environment.
