
Join Ger O’Donohoe and Gesche Kindermann from Galway Bat Group who will introduce you to Irish bat species of Galway and take you on a bat walk. Using bat detectors you can listen in on their ultrasonic calls and try to spot these elusive creatures in flight.
Starting from: Salmon Weir Door of Galway Cathedral, Galway @ 9pm
Details:
- Please wear appropriate footwear and warm outdoor clothing, wear a hi viz vest and bring a torch.
- Children under 18 are very welcome, but must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- Unfortunately dogs are not allowed at this event.
