Based on the survey and interview responses, new initiatives may be put in place to
educate park users on the role trees play in environmental conservation and climate
mitigation.

In addition, Forest Friends would also love to provide methods so that park users can identify the various tree species within the park.

While out collecting surveys, Forest Friends interns will also hand out small bags of pollinator plant seeds and a leaflet with information on how to plant the seeds as well as on the importance of pollinators.

The event is suitable for people of all ages, abilities, and demographics. The only
requirement is that survey and interview questions are answered by users of Griffith
Park.
