DCU Community People for Bees Project Action Day

The talk will cover the importance of wild bees and pollinators and the biodiversity actions possible for pollinator conservation based on the All-Ireland Pollinator Plan.

It will take place in the DCU community garden and include a discussion on the practical skills of bee monitoring, and how you can get involved.

This event focuses on the thing we can all do to take action for biodiversity in Ireland.

Using the DCU Community Garden as an example, participant will guided through the steps of how to monitor bumblebees and create important bee friendly habitat.
